The Southern Note

Carter is excited to be one of the new freshman members of OASN and is majoring in Theatre at AU. His roots lie in South Carolina, but he came to our nation’s capital to meet intelligent people, pretty blonde girls, and pretty intelligent blonde girls. Carter spends his time tracking Lemony Snicket, catching ‘em all, and being disappointed that everyone else in this town has cool socks too.
